Marlles Law, PC is a boutique law firm providing legal services to business and individual clients in greater Los Angeles and cities throughout the Coachella Valley including Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, La Quinta, and Indio.  While Southern California is our home, we are capable of representing clients throughout the state as well as Texas.

The firm focuses on offering corporate advisory, business formation, and litigation services.  Our mission is to help our clients flourish by working alongside them to lay a firm foundation for their future growth.  To accomplish this, we seek to provide actionable legal advice and practical legal services in an honest, efficient, and prompt manner.

Justin Marlles, the owner and founder of the firm, is a former partner at Baker McKenzie and seeks to bring the quality and attention to detail that are hallmarks of major international law firms to the businesses and individual clients he serves from his Palm Springs and Manhattan Beach offices.  Justin has been a member-in-good-standing of The State Bar of California since 2016 as well as The State Bar of Texas since 2007.

Having previously worked as in-house counsel for Petrohawk Energy Corporation, an NYSE-listed oil and gas company, in addition to having helped produce shows for Nickelodeon Animation, The Walt Disney Company, and Angel Studios, Justin understands the challenges involved in launching and running a successful enterprise. He has represented clients in both state and federal court, and has handled various matters before international arbitral tribunals seated in The Hague, London, Paris, and New York, in disputes administered by the AAA, ICC, LCIA, and PCA.

Justin holds a J.D. from The University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A. from The University of Virginia where he graduated with High Distinction.  He has a lovely wife and two beautiful little girls.
