BUSINESS SERVICES
With both in-house counsel experience at a publicly traded energy company and after years of working in the entertainment industry, Justin Marlles, the owner and founder of Marlles Law, PC, understands the challenges inherent in launching and growing any business, big or small.
Whether in California or Texas, the current legal and regulatory environment is as complex as it’s ever been. Entrepreneurs now face numerous obligations at the city, county, state, and even federal level. Our firm believes that the best way to meet these challenges is by building a close relationship with our business clients to assist them in implementing strong compliance practices, along with techniques to mitigate legal risk as early as possible in the life cycle of the enterprise. With this in mind, we offer a flat fee package for corporate entity formation (covering corporations, LLCs, and other common business entities) that can help your business lay a firm foundation for future success right from the very start.
We also recognize that small businesses in particular tend to develop along more organic lines, oftentimes doing without legal advice in their initial stages. As a result, we offer a special “Small Business Check-up” in which we conduct a high-level review of your small business to identify red flags that could trigger legal or regulatory risk, as well as recommend a course of action to correct these problems.
